For People, Pets & Places provides practical support for people, pets, homes, and everyday life. Services are designed to help individuals and families manage responsibilities, maintain independence, and gain peace of mind.
Every client and situation is unique. Services are provided with flexibility, professionalism, kindness, and respect. Safety for clients, pets, and the community is always our highest priority.
If you are unsure whether a service is available, please ask. We are always happy to discuss your needs and determine whether we are the right fit.
New clients should begin with a complimentary consultation. This allows us to discuss your needs, determine whether the requested services are a good fit, and answer any questions before services begin.
Existing clients may schedule appointments through their booking link or by contacting us directly.
Appointment availability varies. While some services may be available on short notice, advance scheduling is encouraged whenever possible.
Consultations may be scheduled with as little as four hours' notice, subject to availability.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may limit future scheduling availability.
Every effort is made to arrive on time and provide reliable service.
If an unforeseen delay occurs, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible.
If a delay impacts a scheduled appointment, clients may choose to:
Because appointment schedules often include multiple clients, extending appointments beyond their scheduled time may not always be possible.
For People, Pets & Places will work with clients to find the most reasonable solution while minimizing disruption to the day's schedule.
Appointment lengths vary depending on the service requested.
At the beginning of each visit, the scheduled end time may be confirmed so expectations are clear.
As the appointment nears completion, clients may be advised of the remaining time and given the opportunity to prioritize any unfinished tasks.
Additional time may be available if scheduling permits and will be billed accordingly.
Package hours are intended to be used during the month in which they are purchased.
As a courtesy, clients may roll over unused package time from one appointment per month into the following month.
Examples may include:
Unused time from multiple appointments may not be rolled over.
As a sole proprietor, appointment availability is limited. Excessive rollovers can create scheduling challenges, reduce availability for other clients, and make it difficult to maintain consistent service commitments.
For this reason, only one rollover appointment per month is permitted unless otherwise approved.
Rolled-over time must be used during the following month and does not continue to accumulate indefinitely.
Unused rollover hours that are not used within the following month will expire.
Services are generally provided within Cary, Raleigh, Apex, Morrisville, and surrounding communities.
